Accepting New Clients

We’re all familiar with the expression, ‘the show must go on,’ but what happens when we continually neglect our mental health in order to get the job done? Spoiler alert: our bodies and our brains force us to call ‘curtains.’ Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, imposter syndrome, or focusing on your recovery, my work is rooted in a collaborative, strengths-based approach that’s all about fostering a safe space for your self-exploration and growth.

I particularly enjoy working with individuals and groups who are navigating life transitions, exploring their inner emotional landscapes, and working to repair their relationships with themselves and others. My eclectic approach fuses elements of Positive Psychology, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), often augmented with creative elements that complement each client’s personality and their goals for therapy.

We all have stories to tell, and it would be an honor to do my part in helping you make good mental health a part of your narrative.

What populations are you hoping to work with?

Creative populations, performance unions, higher arts education organizations, SUDs/OUDs

What kinds of services do you want to provide?

DBT, positive psychology, and ACT via individual therapy and group work

What does “BLND” mean to you?

It’s about fusing everything that means ‘being human.’ BLND is about recognizing that things can get messy and hard, but that messiness can be really beautiful. It’s a culmination of what makes life meaningful and worth celebrating.
