BLND Health & Wellness Assessments
A comprehensive assessment with a registered nurse and licensed professional counselor will explore medical history, medication history, sleep, nutrition and exercise. The assessment may be added to a BLND consultation and/or to your therapeutic treatment plan with the BLND team for fully integrative, holistic care. Additionally, after the assessment, the BLND team will identify and coordinate care with a BLND health partner for any other areas of needs, such as but not limited to: primary care physician, psychiatrist, acupuncture, occupational therapy or other. “As someone who has worked in the medical and mental health fields, it is an honor to be a part of a company that sees the whole person. Not just the problem, the diagnosis, or the environment, but the entire situation and tailors therapy to meet the unique needs of each individual. It brings me great to joy to empower people on their journey of growth, healing, and creating a life of fulfillment.”
