What brings you into the field of social work/therapy?

I am passionate about finding alternative frameworks to help people with their mental health.

What are some of your favorite mental health topics right now?

  • Creating mental health dialogue within underrepresented communities

  • Destigmatizing treatment

  • Holistic, patient-centered care and finding new ways to address the person as a whole

What population(s) are you interested in working with?

Asian and South Asian communities, students, immigrants, all generations, and woman identifying folks

What does “BLND” mean to you?

I think it’s a perfect name for what it is: a creative way to support change, however that shows up for people and groups. BLND is committed to finding novel ways to do that and to finding individuals, clients and staff, that are committed to exploring things a little more deeply and in ways that might feel uncomfortable, for the sake of learning and growth.
