What does “BLND” mean to you?

I think it’s a perfect name for what it is: a creative way to support change, however that shows up for people and groups. BLND is committed to finding novel ways to do that and to finding individuals, clients and staff, that are committed to exploring things a little more deeply and in ways that might feel uncomfortable, for the sake of learning and growth.
