“BLND and Marissa are so wonderful. I am so thankful for Marissa; she goes above and beyond to provide a constant sense of support. I know that she’s always in my corner and helps take on the ups and downs that come my way. I have also learned different exercises to help ease my mind and body, which has improved my quality of life! I would recommend BLND to anyone, and greatly appreciate what they do!!”

What’s your life like outside of work?

I live in the Rocky Mountains with my husband and our Bengal cats, Jackson and June. I am an interesting combination of cautious and adventurous and love doing activities such as snowboarding and scuba diving!

What’s your favorite thing about being a therapist?

Connecting with my clients and being a part of their healing journey. I work with individuals, couples, and families who are interested in working on their whole health and willing to look at all the pieces of the puzzle that contribute to their challenges.

What’s coming up in your therapy practice?

I’ve been thinking a lot about trauma interventions and how each person’s needs are so unique—and how can I apply an equally unique trauma intervention to each person.
